8hr Days - (Mon - Fri)

Location - Frisco, TX ( Not a remote position)

Job Description

As an Account Manager, your primary focus is creating and cultivation relationships with current and potential clients in your designated territory to staff clients with out healthcare professionals.

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor's Degree, or 1-2yrs equivalent work experience
• Good communication skills to connect with people and build strong relationships over the phone, text and email.
• Strong motivation and self-driven mentality to succeed and surpass your goals
• Innate talent for contract negotiation and creating revenue-increasing opportunities
• Exceptional customer service delivered in a timely manner
• Adaptability in the face of adversity and the ability to learn new processes and procedures

Responsibilities:

• Build and strengthen the business relationship with current accounts and new prospects.
• Utilizing a consultative approach, discuss business issues with prospect and develop a formal quote, a written sales proposal or a formal sales presentation addressing their business needs.
• Contact healthcare facilities via phone, email and in person to help secure new business contracts
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a sense of urgency
• Sustains a professional demeanor in a team environment, even under stressful conditions
• Schedules Employees for initial placement and ongoing assignments
• Builds and develops relationships with industry contacts to gain industry knowledge, referrals and business development leads
• Strive for continuous improvement and career advancement
• Performs other duties as assigned
